NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 27, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-054884 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein bank of america, n.a., is the Plaintiff and Cristian D. Arias a/k/a Cristian Danilo Arias and The Cape Parkway Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ONLINE AT www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on July 27, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit number 7 in phase 1 of the Cape Parkway Condominium, a condominium according to the declaration of condominium, thereof on file and recorded June 15, 1984 in o.r. book 1731 at pages 4056-4096 inclusive, and as amended, all of the public records of Lee County, Florida, together with all of the appurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said declaration non of condominium.
