NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed June 22, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-051832 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for American Home Mortgage Assets Trust 2006-5 Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through, Certificates, Series 2006-5, Plaintiff and Suzanne Aleshire are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, July 22, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, RUN WEST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID SECTION 665 FEET; THENCE NORTH PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION 50 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF BONITA BEACH ROAD, THENCE CONTINUE ON THE SAME COURSE ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF A ROAD 130 FEET WIDE A DISTANCE OF 1718.5 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF A 100 FOOT ROAD, THENCE WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID 100 FOOT ROAD 1324 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF A 50 FOOT ROAD; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID 50 FOOT ROAD 785 FEET; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID ROAD 120 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THe LAND HEREIN CONVEYED; THENCE CONTINUE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID 50 FOOT ROAD 70 FEET; THENCE DEFLECTING AT AN ANGLE OF 56Ëš24'30' RIGHT (NORTHEASTERLY TO EASTERLY) FOR A DISTANCE OF 95.9 FEET; THENCE DEFLECT 15Ëš3' RIGHT FOR 93 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE WATERS OF THE IMPERIAL RIVER; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY 47 FEET MORE OR LESS ALONG SAID WATERS TO A LINE BEARING EAST FrOM POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WEST 194 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
