NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 27, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-ca-071228 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein wells fargo bank, n.a. as trustee for the certificateholders, park place securities, inc. asset- backed pass-through certificates series 2005-wcw2 is the Plaintiff and gustavo cauterruccio; susana mary olivera-lopez; argent mortgage company llc., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 27 day of July, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
lots 11 and 12, block 4827, cape coral subdivision, unit 71 according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 22, page 88 thru 107, inclusive, of the public records of lee county, florida
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
