Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC3, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and Luis Garcia Bautista are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on July 29, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lot 3, block 4, pine manor, unit no. 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 9, page 134, of the public records of lee county, florida.
