LOT 8, BLOCK 17, HIGHLAND PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 24 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 604 13TH AVE NW , LARGO, FL 33770; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on August 8, 2011 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
