NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and SALLY DESANDY, TRUSTEE OF THE SALLY DESANDY REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JUNE 22, 2007; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE SALLY DESANDY REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JUNE 22, 2007; SALLY DESANDY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SALLY DESANDY, AS BENEFICIARY OF THE SALLY DESANDY REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JUNE 22, 2007; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; spanish wells homeowners association, inc,; spanish wells community association, inc.; spanish wells golf and country club, inc.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 1 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
