NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 28 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-053417, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA10 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and SUSAN CICCARELLI A/K/A SUSAN M. CICCARELLI, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN CICCARELLI AKA SUSAN M. CICCARELLI A/K/A STEVE GAZZO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S); john doe; jane doe as unknown tenant (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 28 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 22 AND 23, BLOCK 4644, UNIT 69, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 31 THROUGH 51, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
