NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 29 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-050900, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and LEONARD CHAIFETZ A/K/A LEONARD M. CHAIFETZ, A/K/A LEONARDO CHAIFETZ, ANNETTE E. FILER, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., JANE DOE and JOHN DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
