NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 27 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-053627, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and MANUEL RUBIO, BANK OF AMERICA NA, CHRISTINE RUBIO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

AND LOTS 106 AND 107, BLOCK 71, UNIT 7, SAN CARLOS PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN DEED BOOK 315, PAGE 122.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
