NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 28 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 07-CA-17224, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC is the Plaintiff and VICTOR HUGO SUAREZ, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICTOR HUGO SUAREZ IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 26 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, BLOCK 57, UNIT NO. 7, SAN CARLOS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN DEED BOOK 315, PAGE 146.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
