READER, WALTER T. HARM, JEAN G. HARM (DECEASED), BOB PENN A/K/A COURTLAND ROBERT SAMUEL PENN, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID J. READER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
