NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 27 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-058714, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and DINEEN M. YUKNIS, GULF COAST ASSISTANCE, LLC, WORLDWIDE ASSET PURCHASING, LLC AS ASSIGNEE OF PROVIDIAN NATIONAL BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DINEEN M. YUKNIS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 27 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
