NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-052781, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and CARRIE S. MUNGER-DONALDSON, POSSIBLE HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF DOROTHY A. MUNGER A/K/A DOROTHY MUNGER, DECEASED, RIVERDALE SHORES VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., BETH KINSBURY, GEORGE MUNGER, LEROY MUNGER, THEODORE MUNGER, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A ROBN MARTIN and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DOROTHY A. MUNGER A/K/A DOROTHY MUNGER, DECEASED IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 11:00 AM on the 28 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
