NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 28th day of July, 2011, at 10AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
Condominium Parcel : Unit No. 207, of CONCORD VILLAGE SOUTH CONDOMINIUM NO.3, a condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 16, Pages 99 through 107, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4124, Pages 1237 through 1299, inclusive, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
