NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed June 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-51596 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and SANDRA DIPENTIMA, PAUL M. DIPENTIMA, and THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the July 29, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 6, Unit 1, RIVERDALE SHORES, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 57, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
