NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed June 28, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-050790 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association as trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass Through Certificate for WMALT Series 2007-OA1 Trust, Plaintiff and Cynthia V. Guercio and Bruce M. Guercio, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on November 3, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK A, STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY - UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
