LOT 33, BLOCK C, GATEWAY PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 65 THROUGH 70, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
