NOTICE IS HEREBY given as required by a Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed June 29, 2011 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-059199 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, where bradley w. butcher, as Trustee of the TJB-SLN Land Trust dated November 9, 2009 is the Plaintiff and NICOLE C. D'ALLESSANDRO, JR., an individual and known heir of Charles A. D'Allessandro, CHARLES A. D'ALLESSANDRO, JR., an individual and known heir of Charles A. D'Allessandro and the UNKNOWN HEIRS AND BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF CHARLES A. D'ALLESSANDRO are the Defendant. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 29 day of July, 2011, the following described property in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure:
