NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-064719, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and scott brand as personal representative of the estate of eileen brand a/k/a eileen g. brand, deceased; mark brand; randall brand; scott brand; gabe brand; sergio brand; kim brand; jill brand; aaron brand; jordan brand; stephanie brand; valerie brand; regina brand; pinewood condominium of lehigh acres, inc.; united states of america, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 28 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7, TRACT S, PINEWOOO CONDOMINIUM OF LEHIGH ACRES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1012, PAGE 373 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
