NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 30 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-055340, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC. is the Plaintiff and POLLINA VICTOR, CITY OF CAPE CORAL, ADRIENNE POLLINA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 1 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7 AND 8, BLOCK 3176, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION UNIT 66, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 2-26 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
