NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-062143, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT2 is Plaintiff and LONNIE L. STUART A/K/A LONNIE J. STUART; ANN B. OBRIEN A/K/A ANNE B. O'BRIEN- STUART; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at by electronic sale at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 27 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 21, UNIT 6, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 43, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
