NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 30, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2010-CA-058363 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and MARK MITCHELL A/K/A MARK A. MITCHELL; LYDIA HALL; CARNEL HALL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER
CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE N/K/A JOHNOI K. LEMONIOUS AND JANE DOE N/K/A HILARY A. LEMONIOUS AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 1 day of August, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE E 1/2 OF LOT 13, BLOCK 17, UNIT 5, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
