Notice is given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on the 29 day of June, 2011, in Civil Action No. 10CA59444, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which CHRISTOPHER A. CHUCK, et al., are the Defendants, and Iberiabank, as successor in interest to Century Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on July 29, 2011 at 9:00 a.m., at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lots 67 and 68, Block 5439, Unit 90, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 12 through 29, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
