NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 30, 2011, and entered in 09-CA-051137 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-1, is a Plaintiff and DONALD L. JANSEN, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE 211 INVESTMENT LAND TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 01/20/2007 , 211 INVESTMENT LAND TRUST OF WHICH DANIEL L. JANSEN IS TRUSTEE PURSUANT TO A CERTAIN LAND TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 01/20/2007, ELENA GONZALES AS BENEFICIARY OF 211 INVESTMENT LAND TRUST, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE 211 INVESTMENT LAND TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 01/20/2007, BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA, STOUTON AND ASSOCIATES, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1 A/K/A SONIA CRIDLIN are the Defendants. Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on December 7, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11 AND 12, BLOCK 1363, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 18, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE(S) 96 TO 120, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
