UNIT NO. 209, VILLAGES ON COURT SIDE LAKE I, AT BRECKENRIDGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2267, PAGE 4088 AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon Katzman Garfinkel & Berger, Attorneys, for Plaintiff, whose address is 5297 West Copans Road, Margate, Florida 33063, within 30 days after the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
