NOTICE is hereby given that, pusuant to a Final Judgment entered June 29, 2011, in Case Number 09-CA-057679 in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 202E AND 202W OF DANIELS CENTER OFFICE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4558, PAGE 1947, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AN ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
(“the Property”)
Together with all rights, easements, appurtenances, royalties, mineral rights, oil and gas rights, all water and riparian rights, wells, ditches and water stock, crops, timber, all diversion payments or third party payments made to crop producers and all existing improvements, structures, fixtures, and replacements that may be part of the real estate described above.
Together with all existing leases, subleases, licenses, guaranties and any other written or verbal agreements for the use and occupancy of the Property, including but not limited to any extensions, renewals, modifications or replacements (“Leases”).
Together with all rents, issues and profits, including but not limited to security deposits, minimum rents, percentage rents, additional rents, common area maintenance charges, parking charges, real estate taxes, other applicable taxes, insurance premium contributions, liquidated damages following default, cancellation premium, “loss of rents” insurance, guest receipts, revenues, royalties, proceeds, bonuses, accounts, contract rights, general intangibles, and all rights and claims which Assignor may have regarding the Property (“Rents”).
at Public Sale, on July 29, 2011, to the highest bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interst in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
