NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil No. 10-CA-058590, I will sell the property situated in Lee County Florida, described as:
Lots 35, 36 and 37, Block 3546, of Cape Coral Unit 47 Part 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page(s) 116, of the public Records of Lee County, Florida

Together with:

All existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights, watercourses and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, profits relating to the real property, including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and similar matters, together with all present and future leases of the property and all rents from the property,

and together with all equipment, fixtures, and other articles of personal property now or hereafter owned by the grantor, and now or hereafter attached or affixed to the property, together with all accessions, parts, and additions to, all replacements of, and all substitutions for, any such property, and together with all proceeds (including without limitation all insurance proceeds and refunds of premiums) from any sale other disposition of the property.

Together with:

Accounts Relating to Rents and Rental Income now owned and hereafter acquired located on the property at 2011 NE 10th Terr., Cape Coral, FL 33909;

Together with:

(a) All accessions, attachments, accessories, replacements of and additions to any of the collateral described herein, whether added now or later.
(b) All products and produce of any of the property described in this Collateral section.
(c) All accounts, general intangibles, instruments, rents, monies, payments, and all other rights, arising out of a sale, lease, consignment or other disposition of any of the property described in the Collateral section.
(d) All proceeds (including insurance proceeds) from the sale, destruction, loss, or other disposition of any of the property described in this Collateral Section, and sums due from a third party who has damaged or destroyed the Collateral or from that party's insurer, whether due to judgment, settlement or other process.
(e) All records and data relating to any of the property described in this Collateral section, whether in the form of a writing, photograph, microfilm, microfiche, or electric media, together with all of Grantor's right, title, and interest in and to all computer software required to utilize, create, maintain, and process any such records or data on electronic media.
The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest bidder for cash, on August 1, 2011, at 9:00 A.M., on Lee County's Public Auction website: www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
