NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed June 29, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-053774 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, As Trustee For The Holders of The Deutsche Alt-A Securities Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-OA4 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and Nora Schoultz are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, on October 31, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
the south 50 feet of the east 6 feet of lot 1, block 1, of that certain subdivision known as lanier's subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in plat book 6, page 36, of the public records of lee county, florida.

lot 2, of the certain subdivision known as delay park according to the map or plat thereof on file in the office of the clerk of the circuit court, recorded in plat book 6, page 65, of the public records of lee county, florida.
