Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 1, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
UNIT E-101, OXFORD POINTE AT CROWN COLONY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3496, PAGES 3729 THROUGH 3822, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
and commonly known as: 8970 GREENWICH HILLS WAY E 101, FORT MYERS, FL 33908; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statues on September 1, 2011.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
