Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2011, and entered in Case No. 41 2008 CA 007002 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK is the Plaintiff and , DANETTE BLOOMER; and ROBERT LUTKE; and TARA LUTKE are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 19TH day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 17 FEET OF LOT 41, AND ALL OF LOT 41, AND ALL OF LOT 42, BLOCK C, MAIN STREET SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 152, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE, COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE. YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
