NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-013006 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Indenture Trustee for American Home Mortgage Investment Trust 2007-1, Mortgage-Backed Notes and Grantor Trust Certificates, Series 2007-1, Plaintiff and Stephen P. Nance and Jane M. Nance, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 26, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit::
LOT 155, WATERFORD AT IMPERIAL LAKEWOODS, PHASE IA, II AND IIA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 172, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
