NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-001203 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank, National Trust Company, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Soundview Home Loan Trust 2005-OPT2, Plaintiff and Martin L. Hutchinson and Linda L. Hutchinson, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 21, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 40 FEET OF LOT 10 AND THE WEST 44 FEET OF LOT 11, BLOCK B, OF ALOISE PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 136, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
