NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-003565 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for HarborView Mortgage Loan Trust Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-7, Plaintiff and Laveria Ann Knowles are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 22, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 126, OF COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES PHASES 4A, 4B, 5A, AND 5B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 195, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
