NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-000980 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of April 1, 2004 Asset Backed Securities Corporation Home Equity Loan Trust 2004-HE2 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-HE2, Plaintiff and Caryl A. Parks, an Unremarried Widow and Surviving Spouse of David L. Rothgeb, Deceased are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 20, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, RUN THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 51' WEST, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 A DISTANCE OF 33 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF THE SAID MORGAN-JOHNSON ROAD, RUN THENCE SOUTH ALONG SAID WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF SAID MORGAN-JOHNSON ROAD A DISTANCE OF 410 FEET TO A POINT, THE POINT THUS REACHED BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN THENCE SOUTH ALONG SAID WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF SAID MORGAN-JOHNSON ROAD A DISTANCE OF 80 FEET, RUN THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 51' WEST, PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH LINE OF THE SAID SE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 A DISTANCE OF 535 FEET, RUN THENCE NORTH PARALLEL WITH THE EAST LINE OF SAID SE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 A DISTANCE OF 80 FEET, RUN THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 51' EAST, PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 A DISTANCE OF 535 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SAID LANDS BEING LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
