Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 16, 2011, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Unit 707, River Dance, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 1960, Page 4183, as amended by Amendment to Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2221, Page 7829, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 37, Page 84 through 100, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest or share in the Common Elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in said Declaration.
