SENAY and SUSAN J. SENAY, husband and wife; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION, acting solely as nominee for HOME LOAN CENTER, INC. d/b/a LENDINGTREE LOANS; And any and all UNKNOWN TENANT(S).
