COLEMAN; SHANNON D. MURPHY A/K/A SHANNON D. COLEMAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on July 22, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
