NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2009, entered in Civil Case No. 41 2007 CA 003001 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 14th day of July, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 50, BAYOU ESTATES SOUTH, A CLUSTER SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 108 THRU 113, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
