NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 13th day of June 2011 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 001052, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and DAVID E DAVIS; MOTE RANCH HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK, NA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID E DAVIS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 20th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, MOTE RANCH SUBDIVISION, PHASE IV-B, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 98 THROUGH 103, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
