NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 22, 2011, and entered in Case No. 41 2008 CA 003255, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND A INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MARY J. LUCAS A/K/A MARY JANE LUCAS, DECEASED; CONSTANCE L. HALL A/K/A CONSTANCE L. LUCAS; KALIN C. HALL; TONY LUCAS; LINDA LUCAS; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 20 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 3, CEDAR MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
