NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 27, 2011 in Case No. 2010 CA 10599, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on July 28, 2011, at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit 10A, SUNBOW BAY, Phase 1, a condominium, as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 8, Pages 19-23 inclusive, and subject to all terms, conditions, covenants and easements in the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 885, Pages 883 through 959 inclusive of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
