TO: JIMMY D. BROWN, if living, and if deceased, any respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against her, and all parties having any right, title or interest in the property herein described including heirs, devisees and creditors of them.
The property herein described is as follows:
Unit 45-101, CYPRESS STRAND, a Condominium, according to the Delcaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1839, Pages 6287 through 6399, as amended by Amendment which adds Phase 2 to the Declaration, recorded in Official Records Book 1923, Pages 940 through 957, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint for foreclosure of Claim of Lien has been filed and commenced in this court by CYRPESS STRAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Mark A. Hanson, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication or otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Gulf Coast Business Review newspaper.
