UNIT 202, BUILDING 19, WATERCREST PHASE 4, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1997, PAGES 4030 THROUGH 4123 AND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2088, PAGE 659 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 34, PAGES 172 THROUGH 176, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6465 WATERCREST WAY UNIT 202, BRADENTON, FL 34202; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on JULY 26, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
