NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated and entered in Case No. 2010-CC-4274-WS, of the County Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein LAKE CONLEY MOBILE HOME PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and LOUIS A. SYGOWSKI, and JACQUELINE L. ZIEMBA Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.Pasco.realforeclose.com on the 27TH day of July, 2011, at 11:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 175 of the unrecorded plat of Lake Conley Mobile Home Park Condominium, as described in the Declaration of Condominium dated April 14, 1976, recorded in O.R. Book 841, Pages 1091 through 1192 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
