NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment entered in the above-captioned action on June 27, 2011, I will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described in the attached Exhibit A (the “Property”), at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on July 28, 2011 at www.pasco.realforeclose.com.

THE NORTH OF 124.0 FEET OF THE EAST 230 FEET OF TRACT 14, IN SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE NORTH 20.0 FEET AND THE EAST 20.0 FEET THEREOF OF THE PART OF SAID TRACT 14 LYING SOUTH AND EAST OF STATE ROAD NO. 54.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be provided herein.
