NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-005612ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ALAN WAYNE WILLIAMS SR, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALAN WAYNE WILLIAMS SR and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 2nd day of August, 2011, at 11:00 AM on Pasco Countys Public Auction website: AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES. in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
