and commonly known as: 36216 PRIMROSE LANE, ZEPHRYHILLS, FL 33541; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on August 4, 2011 at 11am.
