Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 7, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 193 OF SANDALWOOD MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 149 THROUGH 150 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1998 BROOKLYN TRAILER VIN# 2G611282KA & VIN # 2G611282KB Mobile VIN 2G611282KA & 2G611282KB
and commonly known as: 36216 PRIMROSE LANE, ZEPHRYHILLS, FL 33541; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on August 4, 2011 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
