NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, dated February 25, 2011, and Orders entered in Case No.: 2006 CA 2929, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein K. RICH HOLDINGS, L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and YOUR BEST CHOICE, INC., a Florida corporation; and CAP PROPERTY HOLDINGS, L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 28th day of July, 2011, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 1 and the North 50 feet of Lot 4, Block 2, J.W. FOWLER'S PLAT, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 1080, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. Parcel Identification No.: 4377500059
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
