HOWES, DECEASED; AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, if living, and if deceased, any respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against her, and all parties having any right, title or interest in the property herein described including heirs, devisees and creditors of them.
The property herein described is as follows:
Unit 9, SPRING LAKES VII, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1408, Pages 4107 through 4159, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 27, Pages 37 through 39, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

Last Known Address of DEFENDANT DOUGLAS CARROLL: 67 Hilton Avenue, Apt. D27, Garden City, Ny 11530-2802.

Last Known Address of DEFENDANT JANICE BOESCHEN: 323 Harvard Road S., Garden City South, Ny 11530-5211.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint for foreclosure of Claim of Lien has been filed and commenced in this court by SPRING LAKES VII CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on David J. Fredericks, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication or otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Gulf Coast Business Review newspaper.
