NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-008673-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. MTGLQ Investors, L.P., is Plaintiff and CORNELIUS J. MCGEEHAN, JR AKA CORNELIUS J. MCGEEHAN; et al, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on this 29th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 327, HUDSON BEACH ESTATES, UNIT #3, 7TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 86, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. “AS DESCRIBED IN MORTGAGE BOOK 7185 PAGE 1832”
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
